Joy Engstrom "The Right  Agent Makes All the Difference in the World" I began my real estate career in 1979.  When I work, I am totally focused on the work I am doing for my Clients.  When I take time I travel to Europe and Mexico where I love to Kayak the Clear waters of the sea of Cortez.  When I have less time I kayak the San Francisco Bay with my many wonderful friends and family.  I am a member of Rotary International and I enjoy giving back to the community.  In 2003 I incorporated a non-profit called Elefante Blanco.  This non-profit raises funds for the projects of my Rotary Club both locally and internationally.  It is run by volunteers.  Our motto is "We Help People" and we do!    I am continually expanding the scope of my knowledge and boadening the areas of my expertise.  Markets have changed over the years and I have changed with them while keeping a close eye on the values that are important to me.  Real estate is a job of problem solving and expert negotiations.  It takes a high level of integrity, honesty and experience After many years of working as a Real Estate Broker  know that these values are the cornerstone of my career and I know also that "Experience Counts" On a Personal Level To find out more about me.
